How A Nailless Box Is Built
Not "nails swapped for screws." A cold-rolled steel strip is crimped around each plywood edge — no fastener ever penetrates the panel.
Cut & Trim
Plywood panels sized to the order.
Form the Strip
Steel strip roll-formed & punched.
Crimp the Buckle
Strip pressed onto each panel edge.
Hinge & Fold
Double-hole strip joins panels for reuse.
A nailless box is assembled from plywood panels and secured using a crimped steel strip around the edges, eliminating the need for nails. The steel strip provides structural strength and keeps the panels firmly together during handling and transportation.
