1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website rajkamalpackaging.com and purchasing products or services from Rajkamal Packaging ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and any entity that accesses or uses our website or services.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Rajkamal Packaging, D-132, Sinnar MIDC, Sinnar, Nashik – 422 103, Maharashtra, India.
• "Buyer" refers to any individual or entity that places an order or purchases products or services from the Company.
• "Products" refers to nailless wooden boxes, export crates, plywood packaging, VCI bags, aluminium foil, and related industrial packaging materials.
• "Services" refers to all services offered by the Company, including custom packaging design, fumigation, heat treatment, and logistics support.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and load capacities are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. All specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Custom Orders

Custom or bespoke packaging orders are manufactured to the Buyer's specifications. The Buyer is responsible for verifying all dimensions, load requirements, and material specifications before confirming the order. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns or cancellations once manufacturing has commenced.

3.3 ISPM-15 Compliance

All wooden packaging products manufactured by Rajkamal Packaging are heat-treated and fumigated in compliance with ISPM-15 standards. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that packaging requirements comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices quoted on our website or in communications are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of order. Prices may vary based on material costs, order volume, and customization requirements. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Unless otherwise specified:

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate production.
• The remaining 50% is due before dispatch or on delivery, as mutually agreed.
• Overdue payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

4.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST and other taxes unless explicitly stated. Any change in government taxes or duties will be borne by the Buyer.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order placed by the Buyer constitutes an offer to purchase products under these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Product is unavailable or out of stock
• Pricing errors are identified
• Suspected fraudulent activity is detected
• Creditworthiness of the Buyer is questionable

Acceptance of an order is confirmed only upon written confirmation (email or order confirmation document) from the Company.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation and are approximate. While we endeavor to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or government restrictions.

6.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon delivery at the designated location or upon handover to the carrier, as agreed in the sales contract.

6.3 Inspection

The Buyer must inspect all products upon delivery and report any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report within this period may limit the Buyer's right to claim.

7. Warranty

7.1 Product Warranty

Rajkamal Packaging warrants that all products will be manufactured using quality materials and workmanship, conforming to the agreed specifications at the time of order. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not extend to:

• Damage caused by improper handling, stacking, or storage
• Normal wear and tear during transportation
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Damage due to overloading beyond specified load capacities

7.2 Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the Buyer must notify the Company in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect, providing photographic evidence, order details, and a description of the issue. The Company reserves the right to inspect the defective product before issuing any remedy.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom and industrial nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product does not match the agreed specifications
• The product is found to be defective upon delivery
• The product was damaged during transit (reported within 48 hours)

Cancellation of custom orders once production has begun may incur charges for materials and labor already expended. Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rajkamal Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or website.

The total liability of the Company for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, and product designs, is the property of Rajkamal Packaging or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
